Breathing consciously makes you feel nice. But when you're on your PC it's hard to keep this in mind.This page pulsates from green to red and back again. Each way takes 5 seconds, and the page will turn white at each end of the animation. Keep this page open and put it somewhere on your screen. Now breathe in while it turns from red to green and breathe out on its way back to red. (The other way works as well of course. 😜) That's it! You're now breathing roughly 6 times every minute, which seems to be some kind of sweet spot for feeling good.
